We would love to partner with your church to serve, extend kindness and offer hope to the 300,000+ immigrants and refugees living in the greater Charlotte area. Common Hope exists to mobilize churches to meet practical needs and build meaningful relationships with our international neighbors.

Whether your church already offers services—like ESL classes, food distribution, or community events—or you’re interested in starting something new, we’d love to come alongside you.     Get help starting new initiatives like ESL classes, food distribution, or clothing closets—or receive support to expand what you're already doing.

    Have your church’s services featured on the Common Hope website so international neighbors can find and access the help they need.
     

  • Help Build Language-Based Connections
    Help immigrants and refugees build relationships in your city who share their first language and can welcome them into community and church life.
     

  • Training and Resources
    Access practical tools, promotional materials, and ministry guides to equip your volunteers and leaders.
     

  • Opportunities to Collaborate
    Be part of a growing network of NC Baptist churches serving immigrant and refugee communities across the city. Participate in community events like medical clinics, soccer camps, and the annual East Charlotte International Block Party.
