Need Free Health Care?
If you're struggling to access healthcare, you're not alone, and there is help available. HOPE Charlotte Free Clinic – a joint initiative of the Common HOPE Project/Metrolina Baptist Association and HOPE Street Free Clinic Inc., was created to serve individuals who can’t afford care at traditional clinics or urgent care centers. Our clinics fill a vital gap, providing essential medical services to those who might otherwise lack access.
We provide free medical care for a range of common conditions such as allergies, colds, sore throats, high blood pressure, diabetes, migraines, asthma, minor injuries, and more. Preventive care, medication refills (non-controlled), and physicals for work or school (ages 13+) are also available. Our clinics do not prescribe narcotic medications and is not ideal for young children. We provide trusted and compassionate place for adults seeking basic care and support.
Each clinic visit is handled with dignity and respect by trained volunteers and healthcare professionals who are eager to help.
